We do consultations all throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Here is a map of our general coverage area. If you live outside or near the edge of the coverage area, you may e-mail us with your address and we will notify you if we can make arrangements. Please do not order a marketing package if you live outside the the metro Atlanta area.
- Is selling my home by owner a wise decision?
There are many opinions on the subject of selling by owner vs. using an agent. Many factors play a part in this debate such as: current market conditions, your property type, and your experience and knowledge of real estate. - Why should I use a video tour of my home?
Video tours enable you to give prospective buyers a pre-tour of your home without the hassle of having to actually be home to do it. Video tours are increasing in popularity now that internet speeds are capable of streaming high quality video with minimal download time. A video tour will help you automatically weed out the interested buyers from the non interested without you having to lift a finger. Imagine potential buyers falling in love with your home before they even step a foot inside. Your video tour will help spark the interest of buyers relocating from out of state who are searching for a new home via the internet.

- How much do your services cost?
We are currently offering video tour packages for FSBO sellers as well as real estate agents. Pricing for these packages can be found on our FSBO Package and Agent Package pages.
- What signs and riders are included with the FSBO Gold package?
The signage that comes with our Gold marketing package includes:
- An 18 X 24 inch reflective FSBO yard sign. (Reflects light like a stop sign at night)
- Black letters and numbers for displaying your phone number and listing web address.
- A steel 48" sign frame with slots for double sign riders.
- Two stock sign riders of your choice.
- A sign rider with your listing/video tour web address.
- "Home for sale" directional signs.
- When will I get my flyers in the mail?
Once we have received your listing information and photographed your home, we will begin designing your fiyers immediately. You should expect to receive your fliers within four business days of your in home consultation. Effort will be made to mail your fliers out as soon as possible so you can have them handy for potential visitors.
- How long does it take to post my video tour once you have photographed my home?
Your video tour will appear online within 72 hours of your consultation. Once your video tour has been uploaded, you will recieve an e-mail with a link to your video. Your video tour may take up to 48 hours to begin appearing on other syndicated video hosting websites.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We use google checkout to process payments instantly online. Google Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, including VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Agents, you may online with a credit card or pay with Cash or Check at the time of your consultation. Cash and check payments will be made when the videographer visits the property. Payment by cash or check is not available for FSBO packages.
- Can I change the information on my Flyers when I reorder?
Yes, simply e-mail us the Word document as an attachment with any changes you may have made. Otherwise, we will make reprints of the original flyer that came with your initial order.
- Once I sell, do I need to contact you?
Yes, please contact us once you have sold your home so we can remove your video tour from the active listings.
- What should I do before my scheduled consultation/photo session?
- Have any major home improvements finished (preferably before making an order with us)
- Have your home staged
- Prep your home as you would for a showing/open house
- Clean and mow yard
- Turn on lights / open doors / close toilet lids
- Fill out all listing information forms
- Remove vehicles parked in driveway
- Do I get a copy of the photos and video taken of my home?
Yes, a cd containing a digital version of your marketing materials, photographs, and video tour is included with FSBO packages. Photos are e-mailed as an attachment with Agent packages.
- How much information should I provide in my listing?
Generally, the more information you provide potential buyers the better. Try to highlight all the positive attributes of your home you can. Buyers will be using all the information they can get to compare one home with another. If they don't have the information, they may get frustrated and pass on your home.
- What should I do if I need to cancel my consultation?
You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation if you need to cancel. Complete refunds will not be given once a videographer has visited your home. Please call us at 404-826-9149 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your consultation. We understand that unforeseeable circumstances do arise on occasion. Abuse of the cancellation policy could result in additional charges.
- Will you still come to do my consultation if it is raining?
Our equipment will not work in the rain, and your home will not look as good on video and pictures on a rainy day. We will reschedule for the next available day weather permitting.
- Is my home an ideal candidate for a video tour package?
The best homes for video tours are larger residences that are uncluttered and have a "staged to sell" appearance. Smaller homes that are vacant would benefit most from still photography.
