Order Fulfillment Process -
1.) Purchase -
You may purchase your marketing package from this website via our online payment processing system powered by Google. When making a purchase from us you will be directed to Google's secure checkout page to enter and process your secure information. All major credit cards are accepted and complete payment processing will occur within 24 hours. You will be contacted by a marketing consultant via phone or e-mail to set up your photo/video consultation once your payment has been received and approved. Please proceed to fill out all the listing and contact information forms when they are e-mailed to your provided e-mail address. We must have all of your listing information before your scheduled consultation.
2.) Products and Services -
The products and services listed for sale on this website are described in the best possible manner to provide a clear understanding of what is being offered and at what price. We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality and most innovative products we can while keeping prices as low as possible. Please review our Services page for information on most of the products and services we offer. Prices listed on our website do not include Georgia sales tax but it will be added on to your order during checkout. Shipping for flyers has already been calculated into your total therefore no additional shipping charges will apply. We reserve the right to make changes to our product offering and pricing at any time. If you have questions or are unsure about what is included in your order, feel free to contact us and we will happily answer any questions about our products and services.
3.) Pre-consultation -
Before conducting your in home consultation we require you to make some preparations for the visit. First, you must accurately fill out the online listing information form and clearly inform us of anything in the home you do not want included in photos or video. Filling out your listing information form(s) will allow us to include any special features you would like highlighted as well. Make sure you abide by fair housing laws as stated in the Fair Housing Act when filling out your listing information. Second, make sure to secure all pets and have the home fully prepared to be photographed prior to the consultation. You will be given a full list of preparation ideas once you purchase a marketing package. Finally, make arrangements to have everyone vacated from the home once the photography session begins.
4.) Consultations -
Every effort will be made to perform your marketing consultation at a time that fits your schedule. Reservations for specific consultation times and days are handled on a first come first serve basis. Photography sessions can only be conducted during daylight hours for optimal results. We will perform a walk through prior to photographing the home to adjust lighting and make any final arrangements. Please make sure there is enough unobstructed maneuvering room to allow a videographer to easily move from room to room. It will take one to two hours to film/photograph the home depending on the size of the home. Multiple shots may be taken in some rooms to ensure the finished video has a good flow to it once all the footage has been edited.
5.) Post-consultation -
After your in home consultation is complete we immediately begin compiling your information, photos, and video for your listing. We will use the listing information forms you completed to write a voiceover script for the video tour, create flyers, and build your website. It is critical that you highlight most of the features of your home in detail so we can be sure to include them. It will take up to 4 business days to get all your marketing materials prepared, uploaded to the internet, and mailed out to you. Once everything has been completed you will get an email with links to your online marketing materials. You may post your video tour, photos, and website links wherever you would like as long as it does not violate the posting sites user policies. Your marketing flyer is a word document that can be changed and reprinted if you need more copies. If you would rather order them from us, you can do so online and we will have them printed and sent to you by mail.
6.) Listing Term -
Your listing will remain active for one year unless you terminate it prior to the expiration. Once your listing has expired it will immediately be removed from our server and will not longer be accessible. You can renew your listing for an addition year for only $30. Renewing will ensure that your website, photos, and video tour will remain active and accessible on the internet. The yard signs are yours to keep posted as long as you would like. They do not have to be returned once your listing is over.
7.) Terminating Your Listing -
Your listing will remain active until you notify us by e-mail or phone to cancel your listing and deactivate it. Please contact us within ten days of the sale of your home to have your listing cancelled with us. This will keep you from getting additional inquires about your home from potential buyers.
8.) Listing/Personal Information -
Your marketing materials will include information about your home as well as your personal contact information. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree NOT to hold Video Tour Pros LLC liable for any damages that may occur from the publication of such information. We syndicate your listing information to various real estate websites to increase the exposure of your marketing information. Our syndication affiliates only publish the information we send them from your listing. Video Tour Pros LLC reserves the right to use any part of all videos, photos, and other marketing materials produced by our company in any ongoing marketing campaigns.
9.) Canceling/Rescheduling -
You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation if you need to cancel. Complete refunds will not be given once a videographer has visited your home. Please call us at 404-826-9149 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your consultation. We understand that unforeseeable circumstances do arise on occasion. Abuse of the cancellation policy could result in additional charges.
